Employment Type: Full-Time
Start Date: January 2021 (ideal candidate will be available for training throughout December 2020)

After a year of planning and work, our new Strategic Plan sets the stage for the next 5 years of CIAAA growth!
The plan features our updated organizational statements:
VISION: The CIAAA champions Athletic Administrators as the professional leaders of school sport across Canada.
MISSION: The CIAAA promotes educational athletics through the professional development of athletic administrators with a focus on character and leadership. Our goal is to support schools in building positive athletic environments that enhance the learning experience for all students.

CIAAA ADDS BC SCHOOLS TO GROWING PROVINCIAL PARTNERSHIPS
BC School Sports and the Canadian Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association are pleased to announce a new partnership to assist Athletic Directors in BC in providing quality, safe, and educational environments for high school athletic programs to thrive.
With BCSS schools join Alberta's ASAA schools and Saskatchewan's SHSAA schools, the CIAAA annual membership for 2019-20 is expected to be around 1200 Athletic Directors, a record high for the CIAAA.
Our organization will continue to increase our capacity to provide incredible content for professional development to the growing number of interested and committed Athletic Directors across Canada.
