The Coach-Centered Department: A Systems Approach to Culture

In this engaging keynote, J.P. Nerbun breaks down The Culture System framework, identifying the five key levers administrators can pull to transform their department. Through storytelling and practical application, you’ll learn how to shift from being a "firefighter" to a "culture-builder," creating an environment where coaches feel supported, vision is shared, and high standards are the norm.
