The Coach-Centered Department: A Systems Approach to Culture

In the world of athletic administration, we often hear about being "athlete-centered". But for an Athletic Director to truly impact their athletes, they must first become Coach-Centered. In this engaging keynote, J.P. Nerbun breaks down The Culture System framework, identifying the five key levers administrators can pull to transform their department. Through storytelling and practical application, you’ll learn how to shift from being a "firefighter" to a "culture-builder," creating an environment where coaches feel supported, vision is shared, and high standards are the norm.
