VISION
The CIAAA champions Athletic Administrators as the professional leaders of school sport across Canada.
MISSION
The CIAAA promotes educational athletics through the professional development of athletic administrators with a focus on character and leadership. Our goal is to support schools in building positive athletic environments that enhance the learning experience for all students.
The CIAAA serves its members by:

Administering and developing the Leadership Training Program

Maintaining and updating a 24/7/365 Resource Bank

Governing the 3-level Certification program

Managing and seeking out Master's Degree partnerships

Partnering with provincial associations for program delivery

Hosting an annual National Conference

Enhancing the program with external partnerships (ie. NIAAA)
